Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with an added advantage for those with experience in high-rise buildings.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as production, finance, and operations to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to guide procurement decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
